Rachel qualified from the European School of Osteopathy in 2016. She then moved up to North Norfolk where she has worked in several clinics across Norfolk before she took over Gunthorpe Osteopaths.
A Personal Journey to Osteopathy
Rachel's journey into osteopathy started with a knee issue as a teenager. Her love of manual therapy grew from there. During her studying, she developed a keen interest in the treatment of headaches and migraines.

An Approach for Everyone
Rachel uses a wide range of techniques from the more gentle cranial osteopathy to the traditional structural osteopathic techniques. She also uses taping for injuries and can incorporate dry needling into her treatments.
